We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to help us build the Partnerships department from scratch. This is a key, hands-on role with high internal visibility and strong growth opportunities within the team.
This position is for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and real hunger. In the early stages, you will be expected to define processes, test, fail, learn, and iterate . If you truly believe in the partnership ecosystem and are motivated by building something from zero, this is the place for you.
Location : Valencia (Hybrid working model).

Your mission
Support the creation of the Partnerships department, helping define the strategy to attract new partners and generate new business opportunities.
Support the three partner verticals: Channel Partners, Integrations, and Commercial Partners.
