Curate It Travel and Rise Festival are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the full commercial marketing function across our portfolio of events and travel experiences.
This is a senior, revenue-driving role, acting as the internal promoter — fully accountable for ticket sales, campaign performance, and marketing profitability.
You will own the complete marketing lifecycle, from strategy through to sell-out, working closely with Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns and commercial results.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Driving ticket revenue across all projects
Owning paid media performance (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Leading CRM, lifecycle marketing, and database growth
Defining brand positioning and campaign strategy
Managing partnerships, affiliates, and ambassadors
