We're looking for a Production Manager to join our team in Berlin, responsible for the day-to-day pre-production and advancing of live shows across the Otherworldly roster.  This is a hands-on operational role requiring prior experience in live music advancing, tour management, or booking operations.  Responsibilities  Advance confirmed shows end-to-end, from deal confirmation through to show completion Communicate directly with promoters and venues to confirm schedules, production, and technical requirements Identify and resolve technical, contractual, or logistical issues, escalating where necessary Book and manage artist travel and accommodation with a grounded understanding of touring realities and artist wellbeing Work closely with department heads to ensure clear communication and smooth handover Be on top of all internal calendars, advancing documents, and show files, keeping them accurate and up to date Requirements  Proven experience in...
