Freelance Community Manager / Social Media Manager

Luciano & Cadenza are looking for a freelance Community Manager / Social Media Manager to support our digital presence.

Your mission

•⁠  ⁠Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
•⁠  ⁠Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with artist and label direction.
•⁠  ⁠Plan, create and schedule content (posts, stories, reels, short-form video).
•⁠  ⁠Maintain a strong, consistent visual identity and tone of voice across channels.
•⁠  ⁠Write engaging, on-brand captions and manage day-to-day community interaction.
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate announcements, releases, tours and wider label activity.
•⁠  ⁠Build and manage content calendars, including campaign and rollout planning.
•⁠  ⁠Track performance using analytics tools and optimise content based on insights.
•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with designers, video editors and wider marketing teams.
•⁠  ⁠Manage multiple projects across artist and label platforms simultaneously.

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Strong experience managing social media for artists, labels, or music-related brands.
•⁠  ⁠Deep understanding of electronic music culture and digital storytelling.
•⁠  ⁠Confident creating and editing photo/video content to a high standard.
•⁠  ⁠Strong eye for visuals, branding and platform-specific content formats.
•⁠  ⁠Experience growing artist profiles and shaping label identities online.
•⁠  ⁠Comfortable working with analytics, reporting and performance tracking.
•⁠  ⁠Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
•⁠  ⁠Able to work independently and anticipate communication needs.
•⁠  ⁠Passionate about music, artist development and label culture.
•⁠  ⁠Fluent in English and based in Europe.
