Luciano & Cadenza are looking for a freelance Community Manager / Social Media Manager to support our digital presence. Your mission •⁠  ⁠Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). •⁠  ⁠Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with artist and label direction. •⁠  ⁠Plan, create and schedule content (posts, stories, reels, short-form video). •⁠  ⁠Maintain a strong, consistent visual identity and tone of voice across channels. •⁠  ⁠Write engaging, on-brand captions and manage day-to-day community interaction. •⁠  ⁠Coordinate announcements, releases, tours and wider label activity. •⁠  ⁠Build and manage content calendars, including campaign and rollout planning. •⁠  ⁠Track performance using analytics tools and optimise content based on insights. •⁠  ⁠Collaborate with designers, video editors and wider marketing teams. •⁠  ⁠Manage multiple projects across artist and label platforms simultaneously....
