THINKCLUBBIN is searching for an experienced Social Media Manager, Music to serve as a team leader for the growth, engagement and energy of Thinkclubbin and our Artist's digital and social platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc. You’ll help build out our reporting capabilities, identify expansion opportunities, optimize performance, and drive growth (both investment and revenue) by adding your magic touch for success. You are a storyteller (creative), a strategist (analytical), and a trendsetter (foresight) when it comes to all things social, online and offline, and everyone knows it! The ideal candidate is a Spanish & English (a must) speaker with 2-3 years of professional experience in community management. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential and as a member of our team, you’re expected to have a good understanding of Entertainment, Music Industry, brand and content. Your Mission: Build community with our audience across our social channels, with a particular focus on Instagram Manage and monitor communities on different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, etc. Expand the brand's and its artist's social media presence, followers and engagement - through creative content and storytelling Identify viral, digital word-of-mouth marketing opportunities with the goal of driving traffic, fan acquisition, and creating brand awareness Develop an original content strategy based on in-depth knowledge of music and how to engage audiences, adapt to cultural insights, including the needs of representation in music, and knowing how to pivot based on culture and brand Develop and execute social marketing content calendar, including web and email, and provide weekly reporting Plan and manage campaigns on social and display platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, YouTube, etc.) working within the native tools on each platform to execute and optimize campaigns., etc. Research industry benchmarks by platform and brand: Leverage research tools and resources to plan campaign tactics that adhere to brand goals and target audience Stay on top of the latest trends by knowing what’s happening in culture and what’s about to happen Respond to all relevant questions and inquiries across all forms of social media communication (DMs, comments etc.) Foster positive user engagement on different channels by sparking conversation and interacting with users and moderate conversations especially when becoming heated or political. Manage customer satisfaction and deal with any negative comments in a professional manner Identify trends and relevant conversations happening on our social media platforms and report them back to the team to help inform Thinkclubbin and their Artist's content strategy Engage and monitor fan communities to create positive sentiment and increase number of engaged/active users. Work closely with cross-functional team members/partners to develop and optimize social media, marketing and PR strategies with Influencers, brand ambassadors and celebrity collaborators Oversee planning for live social content capture at events and develop creative shot lists for social content. Required Skills: Editorial and creative mindset that knows what the brand’s audiences consume and creates the content they love Knowledge of paid social and display landscape, including optimization techniques and strategies across a variety of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, etc.). Hands-on background in both paid AND organic social media management (with growth stories for each) Analytical thinker who can recognize critical issues and focus attention accordingly based on data, and other factors Detailed-oriented, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently. Experience with campaign management tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc. Experience with social media reporting tools such as Google Analytics, and any other reporting tools High level of proficiency with G-Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, etc), Keynote, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and any other productivity or creative software tools Strong ability to develop creative, clear, and engaging copy with an eye and instinct on what works on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tik Tok, Twitter, etc. You know what posts belong where and on what channel and why. Superior verbal, written, copy editing and proofreading skills A resourceful self-starter with a very high work rate—able to get things done without constant input and support. Works well both independently and collaboratively. Positive and outgoing personality, with the professional demeanor and ability to relate well with team members, partners, creatives, customers, influencers, ambassadors, strangers, etc. Interests Passionate about music, especially Electronic Music.
