Digital Supply Chain Manager

!K7 Music is seeking an experienced, driven Digital Supply Chain Manager to join our Berlin team.

You will own the digital supply chain end-to-end, from master and metadata ingestion through to delivery to DSPs including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and beyond. Working closely with label managers and the wider !K7 team, you will ensure the accurate, timely delivery of digital assets across all platforms.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving metadata quality across our entire catalogue, implementing scalable systems and workflows for music and asset distribution, and driving continuous improvement in how we manage our digital operations.

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in digital supply chain management at a label, distributor, or comparable music company. You are comfortable working with digital delivery platforms and CMS systems, confident in parsing and analysing large metadata sets, and motivated to build processes that scale.

Your tasks

• Own and manage the global digital supply chain in line with the release schedule
• Ensure all metadata and assets meet required standards and platform specifications
• Deliver assets accurately and on time to DSPs, including download, streaming, video, and promotional platforms
• Resolve data conflicts and inquiries from internal and external partners
• Manage bulk ingestion and delivery of back catalogues as new labels are onboarded, together with our data team
• Build and maintain robust product creation, metadata ingestion, and digital distribution processes
• Proactively improve metadata accuracy and depth across all label catalogues
• Stay ahead of developments in the digital supply chain landscape, including evolving DDEX standards and platform requirements

Requirements

• Passionate about music with meaningful experience in the music industry, ideally within the digital supply chain at a label or distributor
• Highly organised and methodical, with a strong ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
• Acute attention to detail and consistently high-quality standards
• Clear, structured thinker who can solve problems and flag risks early
• Strong knowledge of metadata standards
• Solid understanding of audio and video technical specifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Process-driven mindset with a genuine interest in continuous improvement
