Logistics Agent  (m/w/d) 

You will be the key point of contact between artists, managers, agents, and promoters from the moment a booking is confirmed through to the completion of the artist’s performance itinerary. In addition to general artist administration, you will help optimize all travel-related logistics and performance advancing while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ensuring client satisfaction.

Where your expertise is needed:

  • You will manage all travel and advancing-related tasks, including but not limited to travel coordination, visa and work permit applications, artist accommodations, technical and hospitality rider confirmations, and the preparation of final itineraries to be delivered to artists prior to each performance.
  • You will also support our agents with data maintenance in our booking system, ensuring Artist Fee invoices are paid on time as well as other administrative tasks as required.

What We are looking for:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in international artist advancing, including travel coordination and logistics, contract administration, and financial oversight related to artist performances.
  • Experience working with high-profile artists is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
  • The ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat (or equivalent PDF software), and general travel booking and research platforms.
