About the Role
  •  Lead the branding and creative strategy campaigns across a portfolio of a multi day 25,000-capacity new festival in London
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and own the overarching branding strategy across the festival days. 
– Manage and allocate the creative budget across events, channels, and agencies with rigorous accountability.
Campaign Planning & Execution
– Own the full creative campaign calendar across all  days this new festival, from on-sale announcement through to event weekend, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing milestones.
– Brief and oversee the creative team and external agencies on all campaign assets — digital, print, AV, and social — ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
– Oversee PR and communications strategy, working with the PR Manager and external agency to maximise editorial coverage and talent-led press moments.
– Manage influencer and content creator partnerships, ensuring authentic audience reach across key demographics.
– Engage artist mgmt. teams to devise creative content plans for launches on socials – artist involvement is integral when launching big campaigns.
 
Social Media
–Lead with the social media agency to execute a strong dynamic campaign.
–Demonstrate thorough knowledge of key social media platforms relevant to electronic music events, specifically Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
–Stay up to date with platform trends, audience behaviours, and best practices to support the wider marketing team.
 
 
Manage external medial teams
– Manage the booking of media teams to capture content on the days and liaise with artist management for content capture, sharing. Post editing promotional assets and collating B Roll for future years. 
–Manage any sponsors requirements, content posting and CRM inclusion, capture at the events.
 

Must have a good knowledge of electronic music genres (Drum & Bass to House) 

Location: London / South East. Minimum of 3 days per week in the office (central London (Soho)) / & work from home role other days.
