Reports into: Marketing & Social Media Lead
Location: Shoreditch Head Office (in office 4x days per week and 1x day WFH).

Labyrinth is one of the fastest-growing contemporary music promoters in the UK.
We are an independent promoter, curator, and production company who have become synonymous with staging pioneering live music experiences in unique spaces. Labyrinth have brought artists and fans together for events hosted in disused Edwardian tube stations through to UNESCO World Heritage Sites; along with globally renowned venues including The O2 Arena, Royal Albert Hall, Camden Roundhouse, Wembley Arena, Old Royal Naval College and the sacred Tofte Manor.
Our mission is to stage pioneering live music experiences, with best-in-class talent, venues and productions.

In 2026, we will deliver around 100 events for over 330,000 attendees, including major indoor shows, festivals and the launch of new overseas projects in the US, Portugal and Spain.

Responsibilities
Marketing
Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team
End to end marketing campaigns for shows across all brand touch points, from announcement to post show comms. Including omni-channel event launches, ticketing set up & working with the creative team to develop campaign assets
Coordinate with artists teams for creative approvals, announcement timelines, and marketing efforts to drive ticket sales
Asset management, uploading assets to platforms and coordinating with paid social agency
Email marketing using Klaviyo - building email campaigns and audience segmenting
Social Media
Assist in social media post ideation, asset curation & delivery. Ensuring all design work aligns with the brand’s identity, maintaining consistency in tone, style and quality
Posting across Labyrinth’s social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X
Content creation - User Generated Content capture at our events & social first on-site content capture e.g interviews and vox pops with the artists and fans
Collating image and video content banks post show
Community management - replying to comments & dm’s on social media channels, maintaining Labyrinth’s tone of voice
Research & data
Data management - ensuring customer data is up-to-date and GDPR compliant.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, linking digital (paid and organic) results with audience engagement and ticket sales data.
Assist in developing Labyrinth’s community
Ad hoc marketing tasks
Ordering flyers, wristbands
Researching, comparing & booking OOH advertising
Skills / Experience
1-2 years of previous marketing experience
A passion for marketing and an interest in driving tangible results through digital marketing
Ability to manage your own time efficiently and work to deadlines
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a small, entrepreneurial team where every day looks different.
Experience using marketing & organisational tools such as Klaviyo, Later, Dropbox, Asana, and Monday
You’ll need to have/be
A proactive, collaborative approach and openness to feedback.
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A solid interest & understanding of the electronic and live music scene and the artists within it
An interest in digital marketing and an ambition to learn and grow within the Labyrinth team
You must hold the right to work and live in the UK
A creative who can bring innovative ideas to market our events
