As an Account Manager at Circulate, you play a vital role in delivering client success. You’re digitally fluent, socially savvy, and comfortable owning day-to-day client interactions. With a strong understanding of content, media, and data, you help bring campaigns to life while deepening your platform expertise and strategic capabilities. You’re a bridge between the client and internal teams — proactive, reliable, and constantly evolving.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the daily contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring expectations are set and met.
Identify opportunities to add value by anticipating client needs and flagging strategic opportunities to senior team members.
Build trust through responsiveness, clarity, and follow-through.
Present project updates and reports confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Social Media and Content Coordination
Creating, sourcing and developing digital content.
Support the development of bi-weekly content plans with a strong understanding of platform best practices (META, SnapChat, TikTok, YouTube).
Monitor social trends and contribute ideas for timely, relevant content.
Collaborate closely with creative teams to bring campaigns to life on time and on brand.
Paid Media and Platform Support
Assist in the setup, monitoring, and reporting of paid campaigns across all social platforms META, SnapChat, Google, YouTube and TikTok.
Interpret performance data with the support of senior team members to identify areas for optimisation.
Project and Workflow Management
Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
Contribute to internal documentation and ensure key tasks are tracked and followed up.
Escalate issues early and offer solutions to keep work moving smoothly.
Clear briefing for the creative team.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Senior Account Managers, media buyers, and creatives to deliver cohesive, integrated work.
Be a supportive team player — helping others, contributing ideas, and actively seeking feedback.
Participate in brainstorms, reporting sessions, and planning meetings.

Has experience and or is in interested in electronic music and dance culture
Key Qualifications and Experience
3-4 years experience in a digital agency in a client-facing role
Electronic Dance music knowledge and experience essential
Familiarity with tools like Whatagraph and Monday.com is advantageous
Experience with native and 3rd party analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
