18 years strong, Outlook has established itself as an original home for UK soundsystem music, playing host to many crowning moments within the scenes’ history.

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in the growth of the festival and the brand as a whole as we look to expand our output in new and meaningful ways.
Lead by the Head of Marketing, you would be overseeing the organisation and delivery of our marketing campaign across the full variety of touchpoints, with the knowledge and skill to ensure strong responses within each format.
As Marketing Coordinator, you would work with the Head of Marketing to streamline marketing processes, exploring and implementing new forms of task management, content delivery and campaign organisation.
As we expand into long-form and journalistic forms of content, you would be liaising with artist teams, freelance writers and media outlets to ensure high quality pieces are produced in a timely fashion & that can be formatted across the various touchpoints for maximum visibility and engagement.

Candidate requirements:
Essential skills:
● 2+ years experience in marketing, promoting, content or campaign delivery
● Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
● Strong written communication and confident copywriting ability
● Understanding of multi-channel marketing workflows
● Experience with design processes or briefing designers
● Enriched understanding of events marketing and festival environments
● Competence with spreadsheets, shared drives and data management
● Located in London with ability to work regularly from our offices
Desirable skills:
● Enriched and varied experiences within cultural, music or festival settings with the underground/ bass music scene
● Basic design skills
● Experience managing digital marketing or advertising processes
● Experience with Squarespace / Website CMS systems
● Experience with external partners, creative agencies or media teams
