Freelance Position | April – Mid August 2026
Berlin & on-site in Ferropolis
Whole Festival is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Production Manager +Accreditation Manager to join the team for the 2026 edition.
This freelance position is ideal for someone with first professional experience in event or festival production who wants to take responsibility for accreditation processes while supporting the wider production team with different tasks.
Scope of Work:
● Coordinating accreditation-related logistics such as catering numbers and meal assignments, arrival and departure planning, credential allocation, and ticket distribution
● Coordinating accreditation processes for all on-site staff
● Supporting artist care with artist accreditation
● Working with and maintaining the accreditation software festiware, including learning new features and keeping workflows up to date
● Serving as the main contact for accreditation-related questions, communication, and on-site support, including troubleshooting and last-minute changes
● Preparing accreditation briefings and trainings, keeping documentation clear, and ensuring accreditation deadlines are met
● Creating and distributing on-site infosheets for crews and departments
● Supporting the production team with general production tasks before and during the festival
What we expect:
● First experiences in event, festival, or live music production
● Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
● Structured working style and ability to manage multiple deadlines
● Confident communication skills
● Comfortable working with software tools and learning new systems, especially Excel or Google Sheets
● Fluent in English, German is a plus
● driver’s license is a plus
● Based in Berlin and able to work on-site in Ferropolis during the festival period
● Availability from beginning of April to mid-August 2026, approx. 1-1,5 days per week, increasing in the lead-up to the festival
