This position is responsible for care of the artists performing at Knockdown Center, and their teams, from arrival at the venue to their departure from the venue; ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone feels looked after. This role is for someone who can stay calm when things get hectic, loves music, and gets real satisfaction from solving problems and making people feel welcome. Key responsibilities: Follow the venue's opening and closing procedures. Set up artists' hospitality riders and ensure every request reaches the right people. Greet the artist and their team, and assist them before, during, and after the show. Keep communication clear, friendly, and professional, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
