Based:  Llansamlet, Swansea Reports to:  EU HR Manager Roland (UK) Ltd Roland is a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of electronic musical instruments including; keyboards & synthesisers, guitar products, electronic percussion kits, digital recording equipment, amplifiers and audio processing devices. The Position: To manage the Recruitment and Onboarding process, for UK staff, developing and implementing strategies and processes as necessary. To produce company reports on an EU level, collating and coordinating information, with colleagues across Europe. Reports to include; Organisation Charts, Headcount, Staff Details and Performance Management. To manage all aspects of Facilities for the Swansea office. To assist the EU HR Manager, with the administration, coordination and development of HR and company related documents, as well as all necessary HR related tasks, relating to EU staff. To offer personal assistance to the EU HR Manager, with work and personal related tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the HR department. In addition, supporting senior management UK, EU and Global staff with goals, deadlines and issues, ensuring the smooth running of the company. Key Attributes: Do you have; a good level of Education? Experience with the coordination and administration of HR / Recruitment / Onboarding / Facilities related tasks? Strong level of written and oral communication skills, and the capability to separate friendly relationships from your duties and obligations, to maintain confidentiality? The person we’re looking for must be an efficient and organised worker with excellent attention to detail, with a confident and positive personality, who is excellent at building relationships with internal and external clients and colleagues, with a determination to drive and develop key change and promote company values, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, projects, deadlines, and work well under pressure. Proficient with current versions of Microsoft packages, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the capability to manage and report on data efficiently.
