Tour Manager (Berlin-Based)

Job Description

The Role and What You’ll Do

We are looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Tour Manager to support a touring electronic music artist. You will work closely with artist management and our dedicated advancing team, helping coordinate travel, prepare shows, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the road.

The advancing team handles the main advancing and final travel bookings. Your role will focus on overseeing touring logistics, following up on arrangements, and ensuring everything is properly coordinated before and during shows.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of day-to-day touring operations, and knows when to involve management.

  • Work closely with our advancing team and local promoters to ensure all show requirements, schedules, and logistics are properly coordinated.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, airport transfers, and local transportation, ensuring all bookings and details are confirmed by the responsible teams.
  • Maintain and review tour itineraries, coordinate artist briefings, and ensure all travel and show details are confirmed in advance.
  • Act as the main point of contact during tour weekends, coordinating schedules, transportation, and communication between everyone involved.
  • Make sure technical and hospitality riders are fulfilled and coordinate any necessary adjustments with local production teams.
  • Look after the artist’s wellbeing and safety, including managing backstage and stage access, guest interactions, and coordinating with security when needed.
  • Handle last-minute changes, travel delays, and unexpected issues throughout the tour.
  • Coordinate guest lists, artist requests, and on-site content capture when needed.
  • Keep track of tour expenses, travel documents, per diems, and similar administrative tasks.
  • Share feedback after shows and help improve processes for future tour weekends.

You Have These

  • Previous experience in tour management, ideally within the electronic music industry.
  • Good understanding of live events, DJ equipment, technical riders, and touring logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills when working with artists, promoters, and production teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to solve problems independently while knowing when to ask for support.
  • Experience coordinating international travel, schedules, and expenses.
  • A respectful, discreet, and reliable approach when working closely with artists.
  • Based in Berlin, with flexibility to travel internationally and work weekends and irregular hours.
