The Artist Coordinator provides practical, cross-functional coordination around Supernature’s management clients.
Reporting to the Day-to-Day Artist Manager, they keep artist activity, releases, campaigns and administration organised, current and moving forward. They coordinate day-to-day logistics, live activity and campaign deliverables, ensuring the right information, assets and approvals are shared with artists and partners on time.
They maintain accurate records across agreed systems, follow through on actions and deadlines, and promptly escalate issues that require management decisions - there is no expectation for this role to provide strategic management input.

Artist activity is prepared, organised and followed through: Artists and the team have reliable support around day-to-day activity. Logistics, schedules, requests and essential information are clear, current and handled in time.
Live activity is coordinated smoothly: Shows are properly advanced, with the required travel, itineraries, promoter communication, documentation and follow-up in place.
Releases and campaigns are delivered to plan: Release and campaign activity is coordinated against the agreed strategy, with timelines, assets, metadata, approvals and actions kept visible and on track.
Artist information is accurate and accessible: The team can rely on current artist, show, campaign and commercial information in the agreed systems, without having to chase individuals or recreate work.
Actions, requests and approvals do not stall: The right information reaches the right person in time. Outstanding actions are followed up, risks are surfaced early and decisions are recorded clearly.
Day-to-day work improves over time: Recurring friction, manual work and unclear hand-offs are identified and improved with the Operations Lead, so the team can work more effectively as activity grows.
