We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, enjoys working across multiple projects and wants to make a real impact in a fast-moving creative environment.

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity across our projects. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute campaigns, manage social channels, create engaging content and help drive ticket sales.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, passionate about electronic music and underground culture, and excited to help grow some of Bristol's leading music and arts brands.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management

  • Manage the day-to-day activity across multiple social media platforms.

  • Plan, schedule and publish content across all channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.

  • Maintain and manage content calendars across multiple projects.

  • Capture and create engaging content for social media.

  • Generate creative ideas for campaigns, reels, posts and stories.

  • Write engaging captions and marketing copy.

  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.

  • Build and engage online communities across our brands.

  • Respond to comments and messages where appropriate, maintaining our brand voice.

  • Work with artists and partners to create collaborative content.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies across events and projects.

  • Assist with paid marketing campaigns alongside the wider marketing team.

  • Monitor ticket sales and campaign performance.

  • Suggest new ideas to improve marketing results and audience growth.

  • Help deliver campaigns from planning through to execution.

Event & Ticket Management

  • Monitor ticket sales and report on performance.

  • Manage event listings and ticket platform updates.

  • Ensure event information is accurate across all platforms.

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to optimise campaigns based on sales performance.

Artist & Brand Liaison

  • Communicate with artists, management, promoters and brand partners.

  • Coordinate marketing assets and promotional schedules.

  • Ensure marketing activity aligns with agreed campaign plans.

  • Build strong working relationships with partners across all projects.

Administration & Organisation

  • Keep marketing calendars and project timelines up to date.

  • Organise content libraries and marketing assets.

  • Support general marketing administration.

  • Maintain clear communication across the team.

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Passionate about electronic music, underground culture and the wider creative industry.

  • Naturally in tune with social media trends and digital culture.

  • Full of ideas and always thinking creatively about how to grow audiences and promote events.

  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Confident in communicating with artists, clients, brands and partners.

  • Hungry to learn, develop and take on new challenges.

  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Switched on, reliable and highly organised.

  • Great with people and enjoys building relationships.

  • Local to Bristol or able to attend meetings, content shoots and events when required.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience creating short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts).

  • Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop or Canva.

  • Photography or videography skills.

  • Experience using Meta Business Suite and content scheduling platforms.

  • Knowledge of paid social advertising.

  • Previous experience in music, events, hospitality or entertainment marketing.

  • Active within the Bristol electronic music scene, with a good understanding of artists, venues, collectives and current trends.
