Ensuring CCMG's catalog remains culturally relevant, commercially impactful, and positioned for sustained growth.

How youll CREATE:

  • Monitor catalog performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

  • Partner closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to align catalog priorities with broader business objectives.

Project Management

  • Serve as the lead project manager for key catalog initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and flawless execution.

  • Build and oversee integrated marketing plans for priority catalog campaigns, anniversaries, milestones, reissues, and artist-focused initiatives.

  • Coordinate efforts across audience development, creative, media, commercial partnerships, and artist teams.

  • Establish clear objectives, timelines, KPIs, and post-campaign performance analyses.

Artist & Distribution Relationships

  • Build trusted relationships with artists, managers, distribution partners, and other external stakeholders.

  • Support artist, management, and partner conversations by providing strategic catalog insights, performance updates, and growth opportunities.

  • Develop data-driven presentations and growth plans that communicate catalog performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic catalog-related opportunities and partner discussions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Revenue, Sync, Audience Development, and Creative teams to ensure alignment around catalog priorities.

  • Advocate for catalog initiatives internally and externally, driving organizational focus and investment where appropriate.

  • Lead cross-functional working groups to advance key catalog projects and long-term growth strategies.

Analytics & Business Insights

  • Analyze streaming, sales, social, and audience data to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.

  • Develop recommendations based on consumption trends, audience behavior, and revenue opportunities.

  • Create high-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Bring your VIBE:

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in music, entertainment, catalog management, marketing, commercial strategy, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through catalog marketing, commercial initiatives, or artist development strategies.

  • Strong understanding of music catalog economics, streaming platforms, consumption trends, rights management, and revenue drivers.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.

  • Proven track record managing external relationships with artists, managers, or business partners.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong professional presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and analytical capabilities.

  • Highly organized project manager who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Relationship builder with the ability to establish credibility across both internal and external constituencies.

  • Collaborative work style with a bias toward action and results.

  • Deep understanding of streaming platforms, playlist ecosystems, audience development strategies, and digital consumption behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within recorded music, artist management, music publishing, or catalog-focused businesses.

  • Familiarity with Christian and Gospel music audiences, artists, and marketplace dynamics.

  • Experience developing business cases and growth strategies for artist catalogs and legacy assets.

Why This Role Matters

This role plays a critical part in growing the reach, relevance, and revenue of CCMG's catalog.
