Position Overview:

This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving new revenue for the organization.

What You’ll Own:

  • Drive new business acquisition and upsell opportunities

  • Track market trends, brand behaviors, and competitor activities

  • Lead and execute commercial strategies to grow brand partnership revenue.

  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with brand partners, agencies, and key stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients and retail partners.

  • Create tailored partnership proposals that align brand objectives with artist and music assets.

  • Collaborate closely with Domestic Artist and Marketing teams to unlock innovative brand collaboration opportunities.

  • Manage end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, partnerships, and special projects.

  • Oversee commercial negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Monitor and analyze project performance, including P&L management for high-value partnerships.

  • Ensure accurate royalty reporting, tracking, and timely payments to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance artist visibility and commercial impact.

Who You Are:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
