  • For domestic labels: Work collaboratively with artists, their management, and in-house creative partners in ideating the creatives for every project
  • Should there be a need, partner with third party creatives and production houses in producing the approved creative deliverables needed by the artist – whether that be an official release asset or a promotional material
  • Work side by side each label’s marketing teams to ensure that the goals for the release are serviced by the assets and vice-versa
  • Deliver organically engaging creative content in a timely manner working against the label’s priority list and guided by the marketing strategies set out per artist
  • Contribute insightful ideas to promote label content particularly on digital platforms and execute these flawlessly
  • Ensure that content is consistent with the strategic objectives of each platform and of each campaign
  • Ensure that content adheres to the best practices on each platform
  • Creative directing of pitch presentations made to the artists, artist management teams, digital and commercial teams, and marketing leads specific to the projects handled (presentations include status updates like impact and next steps)
  • Strategic troubleshooting of administrative and logistical elements of end-to-end campaign planning and execution

Audience Understanding and Landscape Shaping

  • Be a music and culture expert that the team can rely on - providing insightful and up to date consumer, platform, and industry data and unearthing cultural and commercial truths that will inform release strategies and creative executions
  • Abreast oneself with trends in content marketing locally and globally and share ideas with the team in marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Explore new ideas on branding, marketing message, and promotional campaigns
  • Observe, analyze, and execute accordingly on the new trends

High Value Cross-Departmental and External Partnerships

  • Help manage the high volume of internal and external demands by streamlining tasks and employing strategic decision-making
  • Monitor timelines of executions and ensure this is closely coordinated with key release dates
