Job Title: Day-to-Day Manager assistant for Max Cooper

Reporting to: Artist manager
Role: 4-5 days per week
Location: London, UK (hybrid – minimum 3-days per week in-office in Hackney, London).
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Day-to-Day Manager to support the ongoing development and operations of an established electronic artist working at the forefront of audio-visual immersive experience.
This role works in close partnership with the Artist Manager and the Artist, helping to coordinate day-to-day activity across releases, live performances, and digital presence and tour marketing. You will act as a key link between creative direction and practical execution, ensuring plans are clearly communicated and delivered efficiently.
The role is London-based and requires a minimum of three days per week (preferably full-time) working from the office, with additional flexibility for travel and touring periods.
Artist & Project Coordination
Support the planning and delivery of music releases, live performances, and creative projects
Maintain clear timelines and ensure key milestones are met
Work closely with the Artist Manager to prioritise activity and align on overall strategy
Act as a central point of coordination between the artist, manager, and external partners
Assist in planning and executing social media activity and tour marketing across platforms
Coordinate content creation, scheduling and posting in line with release cycles
Work alongside the Artist Manager on campaign rollouts, ensuring consistency and timing
Liaise with PR, labels, publisher and collaborators as needed
Manage mailing lists and direct-to-fan communications
Support the creation and delivery of newsletters and geo-targeted campaigns
Track audience engagement and report insights to the Artist Manager
Manage the artist’s calendar, including studio time, meetings, travel, and performances
Coordinate scheduling in collaboration with the Artist Manager
Liaise with agents, promoters, and collaborators to ensure smooth logistics
Coordinate incoming remix requests and collaboration opportunities
Track deadlines, deliverables, and communication with external partners
Keep both the artist and Artist Manager informed on status and priorities
Maintain organised records of ongoing projects and communications
Support day-to-day operational needs across the artist’s activities
Assist the Artist Manager in maintaining oversight of multiple workstreams
Previous experience in artist management, music industry roles, or creative project coordination
Strong organisational and time management skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing practices
Experience working collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Google Drive and Docs, Dropbox etc)
Experience with social media scheduling platforms
Knowledge of CRM/email marketing tools (e.g. Openstage or similar)
Proactive and reliable, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working closely with both artist and manager as part of a small team
Able to manage competing priorities with a calm and structured approach
Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Strong alignment between the artist, Artist Manager, and day-to-day operations
Projects and releases are delivered on time and well-coordinated
Communication across all stakeholders is clear and consistent
