As a Client Services & Copyright Assistant, you will be part of an international team responsible for managing Kobalt’s global song registration process. You’ll support the accurate registration of repertoire across East and South-East Asia, ensuring royalties flow correctly to our clients when their music is performed, broadcast, or streamed.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and operational experience, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in music publishing, data, and systems. You’ll work across multiple time zones, collaborating with global teams to support efficient and accurate catalogue management.

By Month 3: You’ll understand Kobalt’s systems and processes, supporting song registrations and client administration tasks
By Month 6: You’ll independently manage core workflows, ensuring accurate and timely catalogue updates
By Year 1: You’ll contribute to improving processes and supporting efficient catalogue management across the region
Attention to Detail: Maintains high accuracy across data and registration processes
Organisation & Prioritisation: Effectively manages multiple tasks and deadlines
Collaboration & Communication: Works seamlessly across global teams and stakeholders
