We’re looking for an intern to support People Data Analytics and Talent Acquisition who blends strong analytical acumen with hands-on recruitment support to enable better decision-making and exceptional hiring experiences across the organization.  

As an intern, you will serve as both a data storyteller and operational partner within the People team. You’ll transform people and talent data into actionable insights while delivering high-quality coordination across Talent Acquisition processes. This hybrid role supports day-to-day recruiting operations, reporting, and strategic people analytics to strengthen our HR capabilities.  

People Data Analytics & Insights  

  • Collect, clean, and analyze people data (e.g., headcount, recruitment funnel metrics, DEI, engagement, turnover) to generate actionable insights for HR and business leaders.  

  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and recurring reports to track KPIs and progress against strategic priorities.  

  • Partner with HRIS, TA, Finance, and DEI teams to ensure consistency in data definitions, reporting standards, and compliance.  

  • Conduct routine data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and alignment across HR systems.  

  • Support internal and external reporting needs (e.g., DEI, workforce metrics, audits) through accurate data gathering and clear narrative insights.  

Talent Acquisition Coordination  

Provide full-cycle coordination support for the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth, timely process.  

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data hygiene, updating candidate statuses, postings, and recruitment trackers.  

  • Support TA reporting by monitoring recruiting funnel metrics and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience.  

  • Assist in job posting administration, offer letter preparation, background check coordination, and onboarding handoffs.  

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to anticipate needs, troubleshoot scheduling challenges, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.  

  • Participate in optimization initiatives through process discovery, solution design, training preparation, and implementation.   

Communication & Collaboration  

  • Translate complex data findings into accessible insights that inform Talent, DEI, and People strategies.  

  • Support creation of executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and visual summaries.  

  • Keep TA and HR stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and dependencies.  

  • Build strong relationships with recruiters, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless hiring and data operations.  

  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the PIC team.  

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Skilled at translating data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.  

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.  

  • Experience using ATS or HR systems (e.g., Workday) preferred.  

  • Passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and data-driven decision-making 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Strong organizational skills and efficiency 

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in fast- paced, high-pressure environments
