Job Title: Temp Coordinator, Commercial Marketing
A little bit about our team:
ADA strives to provide independent artist and label partners with access to the resources, relationships and experience required to share their creative vision with a global audience. As the independent distribution arm of Warner Music Group, Coordinators are key team members helping ADA achieve their mission through collaborative efforts across finance, legal, marketing, promotion, label management, corporate and shared services teams.
Your role:
Assist the Commercial Marketing team by handling day-to-day administration of key streaming partners including Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, Amazon, SoundCloud, YouTube, TIDAL, fitness accounts, and more.
Collate and maintain the production schedule, internal databases, and be proficient in Airtable
Oversee DSP-specific pitch tools, pitch notes, recap emails, and ad hoc projects.
Circulate a weekly recap highlighting editorial placements across ADA’s roster.
Oversee Commercial updates for ADA’s monthly Global Services Newsletter.
Manage the process for gathering quarterly priorities from start to finish, adapting to requirements and needs across each DSP.
Take ownership of pitching for artist development opportunities at secondary and tertiary accounts.
Gather and circulate pitches for cultural months and moments (Black Music Month, International Women’s Day, etc.)
Collaborate with Warner Music Group’s account management and operations teams to coordinate efforts at streaming partners and ensure accurate and on-time delivery of new releases.
Provide DSPs and the WRMGO team all additional requested information and assets in real time; for example, updated press photos.
Use analytical skills to identify and provide regular and timely feedback concerning trends, opportunities, product performance, successes, and relevant market conditions.
Develop and implement administrative systems to enhance operational effectiveness in communicating selected priorities to DSP partners.
Circulate ADA’s live events (e.g. artist show dates) to external partners, coordinating attendee access and maintaining accurate guest lists.
Here you’ll get to:
Maintain and regularly update the Commerce team’s best practices documents and educational resources.
Coordinate internal and external conference calls and team meeting cadence; Manage the Commerce team’s schedule for wider interdepartmental needs
Act as office manager for the ADA LA office; for example, coordinating visitors, schedules, conference rooms, orders, etc.
Collaborate with WMG’s Facilities team to organize wider company events for our clients.
Handle and safeguard confidential and proprietary information
Must be confident and comfortable to effectively communicate internally and externally with all levels of leadership and clientele.

About you:
You have a bachelor’s degree
You have 1-3 years of experience, preferably in Media & Entertainment
You enjoy working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
You have a proven record of problem solving and effective communication skills
You have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
