Job Title: Coordinator, Creative Technology & Operations

A little bit about our team:

The Growth & Insights team at Warner Music Global Catalogue serves as a strategic engine that bridges deep audience intelligence with scalable technological innovation. The team operates through two core functions: delivering nuanced cultural, audience, and data-driven insights to inform long-term strategy and creative direction for our legendary roster; and second, harnessing emerging technologies and automated solutions to drive creative impact & optimization at scale.

Your role:

In an industry going through huge change, this role is critical to help us navigate a clear path of growth for our artists’ audiences using new, emerging technologies. You will sit at the intersection of Creativity & Technical Innovation, supporting the VP, Creative, Technology & Innovation in moving beyond traditional content creation to architect scalable systems that amplify our entire roster.  In this role, you will act as the bridge between our creative workflows and our technical infrastructure. You will manage the routing of visual and audio assets, assist in the operation of proprietary media generation tools, and provide creative support.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Manage the traffic and routing of internal creative assets, including art and marketing materials, video and audio assets. 

  • Maintain an organized digital filing system, ensuring assets are properly named, versioned, and easily retrievable.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between marketing strategy and asset production.

  • Manage the ingestion of assets into our internal tools, ensuring data and media are formatted correctly.

  • Assist in generating video outputs, running quality assurance on the results, and flagging bugs or inconsistencies.

  • Stay up to date on trends in generative AI to suggest new ways to optimize our workflows.

  • Perform light image manipulation using Adobe Photoshop (resizing, cropping, color correction, and text updates).

  • Assist with basic video editing tasks, such as creating rough cuts, assembling timelines, or formatting video for social platforms.

About you:

  • You are hyper-organized

  • Adept with Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Deeply interested in the intersection of emerging technology and creative production.

  • Knowledge of new and emerging technologies, including AI tools. You embrace new tools, and are eager to learn how they work under the hood.

  • You understand the basics of composition and design, allowing you to spot errors in art or video outputs immediately

  • Experience working in small teams with cross-functional reach

  • Relish change with an innovative mindset

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Experience in creative roles within the music/ entertainment sector

  • Experience of working with new technologies
