Interscope and Famehouse are seeking a collaborative, passionate, and driven Manager, Audience Development to support CRM efforts for the label’s pop/rock roster and label brand. This role will report into Famehouse, but will be deeply embedded into Interscope’s team and based out of the label’s Santa Monica office.

How you’ll CREATE:

With an emphasis on deepening artist-to-fan relationships, you will help develop and execute owned audience marketing campaigns from start to finish - from data acquisition, to campaign development and reporting on campaign performance.

You are a data-driven individual with CRM experience and a passion for fan engagement, ecommerce, and artist world-building. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a good understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, user journeys, and performance optimization. You are able to balance thinking strategically and creatively, balancing fan experience with ecommerce best practices. With an eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you enjoy collaborating across teams, working across a wide variety of artists, and are eager to bring new ideas to the table.

This role will report to the Senior Manager, Audience Development and will help execute CRM campaigns, build out segmentation strategies, and analyze past campaigns to enhance the customer (and fan) experience and maximize lifetime value. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to align email and SMS initiatives with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

● Build and Execute Campaigns: Brainstorm, execute, and report on a high volume of email and SMS campaigns simultaneously

● Translate Data-Driven Insights Into Actionable Takeaways: Use customer and campaign insights to identify opportunities, pitch new ideas, and continuously improve channel performance

● Work Across Multiple Teams: Balance the goals of label teams, eCommerce teams, and the Audience Development team to keep all stakeholders satisfied and meet core benchmarks

● Embrace Innovative Tools and Techniques: Test out new CRM tech, adopting new tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

● Proactively Support Business Goals: Understand broader Label business challenges and suggest CRM initiatives that help address them and drive commercial impact.

● Foster Strong Team and Stakeholder Relationships: Build solid relationships with cross-functional teams to enable the successful delivery of the Audience Strategy vision together

Bring your VIBE:

● 4+ years of experience in email marketing, with a deep appreciation and understanding of pop culture, eCommerce, and the music industry

● Strong foundation in email and SMS marketing best practices, including customer segmentation, journey mapping, deliverability, and performance optimization.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable takeaways.

● Experience with personalization, customer journey building, and retention-driving strategies.

● Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines across teams.

● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of working styles

● Must have a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a dynamic, unstructured environment on complex projects

● Experience with ESPs and Attentive is a plus, as well as basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic eCommerce functionality.

● Experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign) required

Salary Range:

$58,500 - $152,260
