Founded in 2001, Resident Advisor (RA) is one of the world's longest-running music media brands and a cornerstone of the dance, electronic and DJ ecosystem. Purpose of the role:
RA is hiring a Junior Programming & Partnerships Coordinator to support the Programming & Content Partnerships Lead in coordinating commercial content and partnership activations. Working across partnerships, revenue, editorial and content teams, you will keep activations organised, aligned and on track, ensuring projects ship smoothly and on time.
This role focuses on coordination, creation and execution - maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, copywriting and asset creation in addition to keeping internal teams aligned. You will also support a defined portion of the partner pipeline, including research and first-touch outreach, and act as the day-to-day contact for assigned activations, escalating strategic or commercial decisions to the Lead.
This role is suited to someone organised, creative, detail-focused and collaborative, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an excellent communicator and wants hands-on experience across programming ideas, content and partnerships within electronic music.
Key responsibilities:
Activation coordination & delivery (core)
- Coordinate assigned partnership activations and commercial content from kick-off through wrap.
- Build and maintain activation plans and timelines, documenting deliverables, owners, dependencies and approvals.
- Maintain a single source of truth for activations (tracker + calendar), ensuring visibility across partnerships, revenue, editorial and content teams.
- Flag delays or blockers to the Programming & Content Partnerships Lead.
Content & production logistics
- Coordinate internal handovers across teams (briefs, assets, copy, publishing dates and approvals) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Liaise with external partners and contributors to confirm agreed deliverables and deadlines.
- Support content production and event coverage logistics where required (scheduling, contributor coordination and accreditation).
Partner pipeline & outreach
- Support first-touch outreach and follow-ups for a defined portion of the pipeline, with guidance from the Lead.
- Assist with preparation for partner calls and proposals (briefing notes, performance summaries, draft timelines)
Team collaboration & communication
- Work closely with editorial, content and revenue teams to keep partnership activations aligned across platforms.
- Coordinate internal communications around upcoming launches and key milestones to keep teams informed.
- Represent RA professionally in communications with partners, as guided by the Lead.
Reporting & documentation
- Assist Revenue team with post-activation reports covering reach, engagement and delivery performance.
- Maintain an organised archive of activation plans, outputs and outcomes.
- Support the Lead by summarising delivery learnings for future activations.
We’re looking for:
- A keen interest in and wide knowledge of electronic music, programming, and content creation is essential.
- A genuine passion for electronic music and a curiosity about the industry, particularly in the areas of content programming and partnerships.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks at once, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with various digital tools (Google Suite, Slack, Notion etc.).
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content strategies is a plus.

This role is a full-time, permanent position, based in London at our Head Office. Please note: This position requires applicants to be based in London and to work from the office three days per week. The annual salary range for this role is £30,000 - £35,000.
