As an Assistant Manager in the New Business/NRI team, you will proactively explore new business opportunities, as well as develop long-term working relationships with existing contacts and execute campaigns for artists, brands, and sponsors. The ideal candidate is resilient, has a can-do attitude, and is flexible enough to thrive in high-pressure environments.

This role will be a 1-year contractual role, subjected to renewal.

ROLE:

Project & Campaign Management

  • End-to-end project management which includes overseeing and managing projects from ideation to execution.
  • Create meaningful campaigns to fulfil the business objectives of the department and set goals.
  • Facilitate the planning, coordination, and execution of events to ensure efficient logistics and a seamless overall experience.
  • Support artist management related activities by assisting with artist needs during events and other engagements such as Non Recorded Income (NRI)/Promotion related activities.
  • Assist the various Marketing team leads in strategizing, implementing, and integrating brands where possible.
  • Review contracts, and other legal documents to ensure they accurately reflect agreed-upon terms.
  • Analyse data and manage post event reports to deliver clear performance insights covering Key Performance Indicators

Business Development & Pitches

  • Identify new business opportunities by conducting data-driven affinity and audience analysis on artists to assist in identifying and matching high-potential brand partnerships.
  • Deliver great pitch materials/decks/reels and presentations by leveraging audience demographics and consumption data to wow brand partners and artist management.
  • Stay updated with the latest local and regional brand treads and brand leads, while maintaining their top-of-mind share.
  • Provide useful insights that address the business goals of our brand partners and sponsors.

  • Has a deep interest in Music and the entertainment landscape
  • Possesses good people and networking skills, and always on the lookout for new opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and several priorities under high stress, ever changing and challenging conditions
  • Have initiative and can work as an independent team player while staying positive towards goals
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented and a strategic thinker.
  • A creative storyteller who can create easy to understand, emotive, and visually pleasing proposals
  • A resourceful problem-solver with good attitude about learning more for the entertainment business
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating effectively with people at all levels (vendors, co-workers, Rep owners, clients, legal, etc)
