The Role

We are seeking an experienced L&OD Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a single, high impact, company wide engagement programme. This role is solely focused on designing and embedding an employee engagement plan to support the successful adoption of an organisational tool.

This is a hands on delivery role requiring strong change management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced creative and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership

  • Own and deliver the full lifecycle of the engagement programme: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation
  • Act as the single point of accountability for the employee’s learning and change programme, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines and outcomes
  • Translate strategic objectives into a clear, practical and engaging programme of work

Engagement & Change Management

  • Design and implement a company-wide engagement strategy to drive understanding, adoption and advocacy of the new tool among employees
  • Apply structured change management methodologies to support behavioural change and sustainable adoption
  • Develop tailored engagement approaches for different stakeholder groups, balancing commercial, creative and operational needs

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, business stakeholders and project sponsors
  • Confidently manage multiple stakeholders
  • Influence without authority, navigating complex governance and decision-making environments

Collaboration & Governance

  • Work closely with People team, E-Commerce, Technology, Product, and Creative teams to ensure alignment
  • Provide regular progress updates, insights and recommendations to line managers and the Director of L&OD and Senior Director of E-Commerce
  • Identify risks and dependencies early, proposing pragmatic solutions

Evaluation & Impact

  • Define success measures and KPIs for engagement and adoption
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback to assess effectiveness
  • Produce clear evaluation reports, future embedded learning plans and content and recommendations

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

  • Extensive experience in Learning & Organisational Development, Change Management or Programme Management
  • Experience in working on tech implementation project / managing product programmes is essential.
  • Proven track record of delivering organisation wide change or engagement programmes for complex, global organisations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose needs and design targeted solutions
  • Highly people-focused with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working independently and autonomously, with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes

Desirable

  • Experience working in or alongside creative and/or technology-led organisations
  • Experience supporting the launch or adoption of digital tools or platforms
  • Familiarity with creative industries, artists, or e-commerce environments
  • Formal change management qualification (e.g. Prosci, APMG, or equivalent)
