Advancing & Logistics Coordinator

Currently, we are looking for a new team member to support our advancing and logistics team within the Talent Department.

We are seeking a motivated, driven, self-initiated, committed, and team-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong willingness to learn quickly. The ideal candidate is flexible, willing to travel (on occasion), and able to work outside regular office hours when required.

This role is based in Berlin and reports to the Head of Booking and the Senior Logistics Manager. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Germany.

What you’ll do

As part of our Booking Team, you’ll be the go-to person for all matters related to logistics and administration around our artists and their touring schedules. Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and sending out artist contracts and invoices, and keeping a close eye on payment timelines and all relevant tax documentation;

• Coordinating tour itineraries and show logistics directly with artists, promoters, and partners;

• Organising international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport) and making sure everything runs smoothly;

• Managing global visa processes and work permits;

• Overseeing artwork, promo assets, and announcements together with our internal and external teams;

• Representing the agency externally and building strong, long-term relationships with managers, artists, venues, and promoters;

What we’re looking for

• 3 – 4+ years of experience in artist logistics and advancing, ideally within a booking agency or touring environment. Previous experience in electronic music is highly valued;

• Strong understanding of booking workflows, tour operations, and the realities of working with artists and their teams;

• A proactive, hands-on mindset — you like solving problems before they become problems;

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once; no detail is too small for you! 

• Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and solutions-driven;

• Confident with common tools and systems (booking software such as System One or similar, Google Suite, etc.);

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability;

• Fluent English is required (German and/or other languages are a plus);

• A strong interest in and solid understanding of the international electronic music scene and its artists is of advantage;
