About Famehouse

Famehouse is Universal Music Group’s award-winning eCommerce and merchandise platform, partnering with some of the world’s most iconic artists and brands to deliver best-in-class direct-to-fan experiences. Our teams sit at the intersection of creativity, culture, and commerce.

We are seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to support high-volume and specialized hiring for Famehouse’s creative and eCommerce teams. This role will work closely with the Senior Creative Recruiter, helping to identify, engage, and attract top creative talent across multiple disciplines.

This is a fixed-term assignment through December 2026 and is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about creative talent, sourcing strategy, and candidate engagement.

How You'll CREATE:

  • Partner with the Senior Creative Recruiter to support recruitment for creative, digital, and eCommerce roles

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, creative platforms, referrals, and other innovative channels

  • Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill creative roles

  • Conduct initial outreach, screening, and candidate qualification as needed

  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data in Workday

  • Support diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices

  • Monitor market trends and talent availability to inform sourcing strategies

  • Ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience at all touchpoints

Bring Your VIBE:

  • 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably supporting creative, digital, or eCommerce roles

  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and creative-focused platforms

  • Experience engaging passive talent with thoughtful, tailored messaging

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in Workday Recruiting or similar ATS functionality strongly preferred

  • Experience in eCommerce, creative agencies, entertainment, media, or consumer brands is a plus

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 (DOE)
