How We LEAD:
Capitol CMG is seeking a highly organized and creatively skilled Creative Coordinator to support the Creative Services team. This hybrid role blends

administrative responsibilities with hands-on creative execution (design, video editing, and content creation). The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to anticipate team needs while contributing directly to

visual and digital projects.

How You'll CREATE:
• Work with supervisor to manage timelines, track team bandwidth, and ensure all creative deadlines are met.
• Monitor release calendars to anticipate upcoming creative needs.
• Flag potential bottlenecks and assist with project delegation.
• Support vendor payment workflows, including managing purchasing orders (POs) and processing invoices.
• Organize visual assets in accordance with our internal filing system.
• Assist in producing marketing assets, social content, and promotional

materials.
• Edit social-facing video content and support photoshoot production, as

assigned.
• Design and edit graphics, presentation decks, and other marketing materials, as assigned.

• The innate ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, responding to issues promptly.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
