BSI Merch & Artist Services runs official D2C Shopify stores for some of the biggest artists in the world, and around 200 of those stores we run on behalf of our clients. We need someone to own those relationships. You'll be the single point of contact for our key clients on the UK and EU side: taking the brief, getting stores set up and configured properly, getting products ingested, making sure the warehouse is ready, running presales and No Purchase Necessary campaigns, advising on chart eligibility and making sure the customer service team knows what's coming.
