The Venue Programmer is responsible for developing and delivering a programme of music events in line with Starlane Pizza Bar's values and artistic policy. The successful candidate will be an experienced curator of music programmes and events. They will be aware of developments at the forefront of music, arts and culture and excited by the opportunities and the challenges of developing a forward-thinking music programme. They will be a team player, working alongside a wider programming and venue team, with demonstrable negotiating, financial and admin skills, collaborating with the rest of the organisation to strike the right balance between artistic and commercial priorities. Brilliant Corners is seeking skilled Bartenders and aspiring Bar Managers to join its team.  The drinks programme at Brilliant Corners features cocktails which include carefully chosen classics, as well as seasonal creations which draw on Japanese ingredients. We also pride ourselves on a comprehensive offering of both natural wine and traditional mezcal.    Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and be energised by working busy services to the sound of great music. OVERVIEW  Om is a bar & nightclub from the team behind Brilliant Corners, Giant Steps, "mu" & Idle Moments.  We are looking for an Assistant Manager.   The role is for evenings and late nights on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as occasional Sundays and Thursdays.  RESPONSIBILITIES Welcoming guests, articulating the house rules and the music programme;   Acting as a key point of contact for DJs, artists and the guest list;  Working alongside the General Manager, the Security Team and the Bar Team to ensure an excellent experience for our guests. OVERVIEW  Om is a bar & nightclub from the team behind Brilliant Corners, Giant Steps, "mu" & Idle Moments.  We are looking for a personable door host to join our team.  The role is for Fridays and Saturdays, from approximately 8pm until 5am, as well as occasional Sundays and Thursdays.  RESPONSIBILITIES Welcoming guests, articulating the house rules and the music programme;   Acting as a key point of contact for DJs, artists and guest list;  Working alongside security to ensure smooth and efficient entrance & exit;  Supporting the General Manager with the wider aims of the service;  Managing opening and closing procedures; and Managing and improving the guest experience. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience in nightlife, hospitality or music venues  A working knowledge of the music and DJs we programme;  Confidence managing busy late-night environments; Calm, professional and articulate under pressure.
