Om - Assistant Manager

OVERVIEW 

Om is a bar & nightclub from the team behind Brilliant Corners, Giant Steps, "mu" & Idle Moments. 

We are looking for an Assistant Manager.  

The role is for evenings and late nights on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as occasional Sundays and Thursdays. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcoming guests, articulating the house rules and the music programme;  

Acting as a key point of contact for DJs, artists and the guest list; 

Working alongside the General Manager, the Security Team and the Bar Team to ensure an excellent experience for our guests.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in nightlife, hospitality or music venues; 

A working knowledge of the music, DJs and cultural events we programme; 

Confidence managing busy late-night environments;

Calm, professional and articulate under pressure.
