Logistics Agent  (m/w/d)  You will be the key point of contact between artists, managers, agents, and promoters from the moment a booking is confirmed through to the completion of the artist’s performance itinerary. In addition to general artist administration, you will help optimize all travel-related logistics and performance advancing while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ensuring client satisfaction. Where your expertise is needed: You will manage all travel and advancing-related tasks, including but not limited to travel coordination, visa and work permit applications, artist accommodations, technical and hospitality rider confirmations, and the preparation of final itineraries to be delivered to artists prior to each performance. You will also support our agents with data maintenance in our booking system, ensuring that Booking Fee & Artist Fee invoices are paid on time as well as collecting/chasing the contracts.
