Role Overview The Festival Project Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of UNUM Festival. Acting as the single link between the Board of Partners and all Heads of Department (HoDs), this role ensures plans are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. They will maintain project structure, monitor accountability, and drive communication across all teams, reporting directly to the Partners.   Key Responsibilities Planning & Tracking Maintain the festival-wide master plan with timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Create and distribute weekly/monthly progress reports to the Partners.
