Your mission
As a customer support specialist at Ableton, you’ll be part of a diverse, international team that includes many musicians and experienced Live users. Your mission is to uphold Ableton’s reputation for attentive, customer-focused support. Success in this role requires strong self-motivation, the ability to view challenges from the customer’s perspective, and a genuine interest in enhancing the overall Ableton user experience.
We’re seeking a new team member with solid knowledge of Ableton Live and a passion for music technology. You should have prior customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in either French, Spanish, or German.
This is a full-time, 12 month contracted position. We offer the option to alternate flexibly between remote work and time on-site in our Berlin office.
