Music Technology Sales and Customer Service Advisor

We are a leading online Vinyl Music, DJ & Studio Equipment retailer based in Camden, London looking for a Full-Time Sales and Customer Support advisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Vinyl record industry and familiar with websites such as Discogs and eBay, along with a good understanding of music equipment such as DJ Decks, Controllers and Mixers. Knowledge and experience in Synths, Modulars, and similar gear is also preferred.

The role will include high volumes of Customer Contact through a variety of channels including face to face sales, inbound phone call enquires, responding to high volumes of emails and processing orders via ecommerce and marketplace platforms.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language, previous complaint handling experience, and be a good multitasker.

This role is based at our main site in Camden London and as part of a standard 35-hour week, you must be available to work a Saturday with a day off in the week, along with some Bank Holidays throughout the year, and between the Christmas and New Year Periods.
