We are looking for a Project Manager in Artist Development to oversee and execute structured growth strategies for a roster of electronic music artists. This role works directly with the General Manager to design, implement and monitor long-term development plans across marketing, branding, content, PR, advertising, bookings and music strategy. The ideal candidate understands the electronic music ecosystem (labels, promoters, PR platforms, DSPs, underground culture) and can combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution. This is not a passive coordination role. We’re looking for someone who thinks in strategy and understands how to turn attention into real career growth.
