SOUP.WORLD, the in-house creative studio at NTS, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Client Service Director to lead our client service function. In this role, you’ll oversee our Project Management department, lead its operational structure, strengthen how we service and grow accounts, and support SOUP.WORLD on its journey to becoming a best-in-class creative agency operation, within the wider NTS organisation. You’ll report directly into the Global Director Creative Solutions, and work closely with senior stakeholders across Creative, Music, Production and New Business.
