Role: Production & Logistics Assistant
Main tasks include, but are not limited to:

Main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the complete show logistics for artists for all their performances
- Requesting itinerary details from promoters and ensuring the artists have a smooth experience travelling and performing
- Guaranteeing the right technical setup for all shows of the artists
- Liaising between artists and promoters about any queries regarding the performances and events
- Overseeing work permit and visa applications
- Collecting and approving artwork and content before and after events
- Updating our database and files on a regular basis
The ideal candidate brings with them:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of logistics, pre-production of events and artist touring
- Professional experience with booking management software (i.e A-boss)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- High attention to detail at all times and knows how to prioritise the right tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for electronic music and natural attentiveness to artists' needs

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow over time. We are ideally looking for someone based in Berlin, but we welcome applications from candidates based elsewhere - remote and freelance arrangements outside of Germany will be considered for the right person. We are looking for someone interested in joining the team long-term and comfortable with flexible hours, including handling urgent artist queries over the weekend as needed.
