Artist Management Assistant

3Seven is an independent artist management and music company working with established and emerging talent across electronic music.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive individual to join our growing team, supporting a range of projects across artist management, record releases, social media and music marketing.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with artists and industry professionals, gain experience across different areas of the music business and take on meaningful responsibility within a new, ambitious company.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting day-to-day artist management, including scheduling, coordination and communication with industry partners.

• Assisting with record releases, distribution, marketing campaigns and project timelines.

• Supporting social media activity, content planning and digital marketing across artist and label projects.

• Assisting with royalty administration, PRS submissions and identifying additional revenue opportunities.

• Coordinating with agents, promoters, record labels, distributors and external teams.

• Supporting general business operations, research and project administration.

About You

• A genuine passion for music, particularly electronic music.

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently.

• Confident communicating and building relationships.

• Good understanding of social media and digital platforms.

• Comfortable using technology and AI tools to work efficiently.

• Previous experience in artist management, record labels or music marketing is desirable, but not essential.
