THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for a list of projects from pre-release strategy through to impact, working directly with artist managers, distributors, DSPs, creatives and promotion partners. We’re looking for someone who combines strong product management with a genuine understanding of how record releases and the digital marketing landscape evolves through streaming, social media, creators, fan communities and culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of Libre releases and label partners
- Build and manage release strategies, timelines, budgets and priorities
- Lead campaigns across singles, EPs, albums and catalogue
- Coordinate distribution, DSPs, creative, digital marketing, PR, radio and promotion
- Oversee masters, artwork, metadata, label copy and release delivery
- Develop digital and social strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Identify trends, content formats and cultural opportunities around releases
- Develop creator, influencer, UGC and social-seeding campaigns
- Spot organic activity early and identify opportunities to amplify it
- Brief creatives and help develop content shoots and campaign assets
- Monitor streaming, social, Shazam, YouTube and audience data
- Turn campaign results into clear recommendations and next steps
- Proactively identify opportunities and solve problems across multiple projects
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you’ll have 3+ years of relevant music-industry experience
We are looking for applicants with:
- Experience managing music releases or artist campaigns
- Excellent project-management and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of digital distribution and DSPs
- A genuine understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and online music culture
- Experience or strong knowledge of creator marketing, UGC, social seeding and fan communities
- The ability to combine creative thinking with commercial objectives
- Confidence using streaming and social data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for music and independent release development
- Creative shoot or short-form video experience
- Knowledge of promotion, radio, PR or international marketing
LOCATION
This is a London-based role, working closely with the LIBRE team from our East London office.
