Digital Strategist Location: London About the Role Young is a music and arts organization, built around a London-based record label, that helps exceptional artists locate and develop their genius. We are looking for an experienced, culturally embedded digital strategist to lead audience development across the Young Recordings and Young Artists roster. Based at Young Space in East London, you’ll work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Marketing, Press, Creative and Management teams — defining, directing and optimising digital campaigns that feel native to each platform and audience.
