Job Description
We're seeking an experience bus driver to come on board as a freelancer to drive the YUAF Studio Bus. The Studio Bus is a converted double decker bus that works across London to engage young people and communities in creative workshops that cover music production, songwriting, vocal recording, podcasting, and more!
Duties would include collecting the bus from our depot and driving to specific project-related venues across London.
You'd be joining a passionate and energetic team of creatives who are dedicated to empowering young people to be seen, heard and valued.

Salary Range
We are an award-winning youth arts charity. For over 17 years we have brought free music and creative workshops into communities across London, meeting young people where they are, through our Studio Bus, a double-decker converted into a fully equipped multimedia studio, and through schools, youth clubs and community centres.
Young people learn music performance and production, build confidence and find their voice. We support their mental health and wellbeing throughout, and we open real doors, from the Studio Bus into paid work, into the industry, into careers of their own.
We are impact led. Every decision is measured against one question: does it make life better for the young person, including the decisions taken in spreadsheets and board papers far from the Bus. Last year 1200 young people came through YUAF. 89% told us their wellbeing improved, moved into paid work or further opportunity. Our work has been recognised with by Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, for Working with Young People in London, and various industry awards including, DJ Mag, UK Youth and much more.
