Job Description

About Nomadtalent

Nomadtalent connects independent artists with the stages, cities, and audiences that help their careers grow. We believe talent shouldn't be limited by geography, our work is about building bridges and connecting dots between artists and opportunity, wherever that opportunity lives. We're a boutique, fast-moving team that cares deeply about doing right by artists: fair deals, honest communication, and real advocacy behind every booking.

Our approach is guided by a few things we hold close:

  • Advocacy: We work for artists first. Every booking decision starts with what's good for the artist's career and creative direction.
  • Access: We break down the barriers - geographic, financial, or otherwise - that keep talented artists off stages they deserve to be on.
  • Integrity: We build long-term trust with artists, venues, and promoters by following through on what we say we'll do.

The Role

We're looking for a part-time Artist Booker to help grow and manage our roster's live performance opportunities. You'll be the liaison between artists and venues/promoters, scouting opportunities, pitching artists, negotiating terms, and making sure every booking reflects well on both the artist and Nomad Talent.

This role is ideal for someone who already has relationships in the live music/booking world (or is eager to build them fast), is comfortable with outreach and negotiation, and wants flexible, part-time work in the music industry.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue booking opportunities for Nomadtalent artists across venues, festivals, and events
  • Pitch artists to promoters, venues, and event organizers, tailoring pitches to fit each opportunity
  • Negotiate performance fees, riders, and logistics on behalf of artists
  • Maintain and grow relationships with venues, promoters, and industry contacts
  • Coordinate booking details with artists (availability, logistics, contracts) and keep records organized
  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and booking pipeline
  • Collaborate with the Nomadtalent team on artist strategy and roster growth

What You Bring

  • Experience in artist booking, talent buying, event programming, or a closely related area
  • Existing relationships with venues, promoters, or booking agents (a strong plus)
  • Proactive and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
  • Confident, professional communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple conversations and opportunities at once
  • Genuine passion for live music and supporting independent artists
  • Comfortable working part-time/flexible hours in a remote, fast-paced environment

Details

  • Type: Part-time (approx. 25 hours/week)
  • Location: Remote / Europe
  • Compensation: Hourly / commission-based / Mixed
  • Start date: Immediate
