Crisp Music are looking for an organised, proactive and ambitious artist management assistant to support the day-to-day management of a roster of internationally touring electronic artist. Working directly alongside the artist managers, you'll play a central role assisting the coordination of all aspects of an artist's career, from shows and touring logistics to release administration, diary management and communication with global teams.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in artist management who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and genuinely enjoys solving problems before they arise. A passion for electronic music is essential, alongside a calm, professional approach and the confidence to communicate with agents, promoters, labels and artists across multiple time zones.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the day-to-day management of internationally touring artist.
- Acting as a key point of contact between artists and their wider teams, including agents, promoters, labels, publishers, lawyers, publicists and brand partners
- Managing diaries, schedules and itineraries across multiple international time zones.
- Booking and coordinating travel, accommodation, visas and ground transport for touring artists.
- Working with relevant advancing teams to help coordinate shows and event logistics.
- Managing artist expenses, invoices and general administration.
- Coordinating meetings, sessions, rehearsals and press commitments.
- Travelling with artists to selected shows, events or key industry moments when required.
- Supporting the coordination of merch production, fulfilment and on-site sales at shows, including tracking budgets and reconciling stock and revenue.
- Assisting with the planning and administration of music releases across physical, digital and streaming platforms, including supporting marketing and campaign rollout.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Previous experience working within artist management or artists in the wider music industry.
- Naturally organised with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Comfortable working outside standard office hours when required around touring schedules.
- Experience supporting merchandise production, logistics, sales and budget management is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working across music release campaigns, including marketing, scheduling and platform delivery, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and love for electronic music is essential.

This is a freelance position, initially for approximately 2-3 days per week, with flexibility depending on touring schedules and artist activity. There is strong potential for the role to grow alongside the company.
