ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and excited to build their career in music marketing. You'll enjoy the detail of campaign execution, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
You'll ideally have:
1–2 years' experience in a marketing, events or coordinator role.
A genuine passion for music, culture and live events, with a good understanding of the Boiler Room brand.
Experience building and scheduling CRM/email campaigns.
Excellent written communication skills and confidence writing marketing copy.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Confidence using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Experience using social media scheduling tools and marketing platforms is desirable.
The ability to work collaboratively while managing your own workload.
YOUR ROLE
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support the planning and delivery of Boiler Room and affiliated brand marketing campaigns. Working closely with our Marketing Managers, you'll help coordinate campaigns across our global programme of ticketed events, editorial initiatives and brand partnerships, supporting activity across CRM, ticketing, social media, content, communications and campaign delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across Boiler Room's global programme of ticketed events and affiliated brands.
Build and schedule CRM campaigns across email and other owned marketing channels.
Write copy for email campaigns, social media, event pages and other marketing communications.
Coordinate social media calendars and campaign schedules.
Manage campaign trackers, marketing calendars and internal documentation.
Coordinate creative assets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
Monitor ticket sales and campaign performance, preparing regular reports for the marketing team.
Support campaign planning, launches and post-campaign reporting.
Maintain a high standard of quality control across all marketing communications and assets.

Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration as well as supporting your team across a variety of projects with different timelines and urgency

SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently when required.
Strong computer proficiency, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
Confident using social media platforms and content management tools.
Experience with CRM platforms, social media scheduling tools or project management software is desirable.
Passion for music, culture and live events.
KNOWLEDGE
Good understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
Awareness of social media best practices and current trends.
Interest in music, culture and live events.
Willingness to learn new tools, platforms and ways of working.
